MY PLEDGE TO SELLERS
When you hire me to represent you in today’s Real Estate marketplace, I pledge the following:
- Provide you with a current Professional Market Analysis of the property to sell
- Provide you with the location ,access and information for currently available homes and/or properties which meet your purchasing specifications should you decide to purchase, once your home or property sells
- Create a marketing plan and time line
- Maintain a frequent contact with you , as a seller and a client ,as the status of your listing and my marketing program
- Make recommendations as to the condition of your property and how to best achieve optimum showing results based on physical characteristics
- Always be mindful and maintain my fiduciary responsibility to you, as my client
- Advertise your property in accordance with my marketing plan
- Review to the best of my ability any buyer qualifications who present an offer to purchase
- Review all offers and make recommendations to help negotiate an offer into a contract to purchase
- Offer suggestions on counter proposals for price, terms and conditions when circumstances warrant it
- Monitor the progress of the transaction and the performance of all parties involved (i.e. the buyer, buyers agent, appraisers, home inspectors, mortgage loan officer, title representative, and escrow officer)
- Accompany you to escrow and closing if you so desire
- Work full-time ALL THE TIME FOR THE SELLER
